Before contacting support

Update iOS and AllHealth, check the network connection, and retry the action. Apple Health permissions can be reviewed in the Health app. Ad availability is controlled by Google and an ad may occasionally be unavailable.

Delete or export data

Open AllHealth → Settings → Privacy & local data. You can export a JSON copy or permanently delete AllHealth data stored on the iPhone. This does not delete data from Apple Health.
